But he does. And I'm pretty sure I've seen quite a few possessions when he doesn't get whistled for a foul. Minnesota's defense is designed to prevent two point shots and allow more open perimeter shots already, so a zone would be a bit redundant. Also, the Gophers haven't played the zone yet this season. It would be unexpected, but I also worry about the Gophers throwing out a defense they haven't played at game speed on the road in a hostile environment. I guess I need to watch more Purdue games. There is probably a 25% chance that Sampson can go tonight. He should be back for OSU on Saturday.
