Gophers get Virginia in Big Ten-ACC Challenge

Virginia finished a disappointing season with a 17-16 overall record. Like most years, they started out hot, rising to a #23 ranking in the first month of the season, until their inevitable implosion. As part of the Big Ten-ACC Challenge, the Gophers will have a chance to start the implosion, as Ralph Sampson III takes on his dad’s team. This appears to be the highest profile non-conference game, but there appear to be a potential of 5 home games with opponents that have not been announced as of yet.

When we hear more we will pass it along.
