Tubby Smith: Burrito King

In one of the stranger promotions since Disco Demolition Night, Tubby Smith spent his afternoon preparing not exactly authentic Mexican food for students at the University of Minnesota. If a winning record won’t get students interested, free Chipotle certainly will. While I realize Chipotle sponsers Tubby’s basketball camps, the whole fast food/college athletics sponsorship thing seems a bit of a stretch.
