Word on the street it that he will be signing it very soon, though I don't have any inside information as to exactly when that will be. As paranoid as I am (I've lived in Minnesota my whole life am naturally skeptical of anything that seems to good to be true) I don't think he is going anywhere. He already had his dream job, and experienced the glory and consequences that come with coaching a (or the even) premiere college basketball program, and decided it just wasn't worth it. I could see Tubby ending his career here, and being anointed a coaching savior for one run to the final four, or even occasional semi-deep runs into the NCAA tournament.
<a href="#" class="replyto" onclick="replyto('32','<![CDATA[JF]]>'); return false;">Reply - <a href="#" class="quote" onclick="quote('32','<![CDATA[JF]]>','Word on the street it that he will be signing it very soon, though I don\'t have any inside information as to exactly when that will be.
Nice post. Great blog. Any word on when Tubby is going to sign his contract? As a constantly disappointed Gopher fan, I'm sure you understand my worries on this issue. The only this worse than not getting a good coach would be to have a great one here for a year and then lose him.

That being said: If Tubby sticks around, which he should, your blog's popularity will inflate dramatically in the next two years. Good luck and thanks for the updates.
<a href="#" class="replyto" onclick="replyto('31','<![CDATA[Tubtabulous]]>'); return false;">Reply - <a href="#" class="quote" onclick="quote('31','<![CDATA[Tubtabulous]]>','Nice post.
