This weeks polls are out. In a bit of a shocker, the Gophers received one fewer vote than Kentucky in the ESPN/USA Today Coaches poll. Perhaps those Tubby detractors need a little expectation management help. More on that here. What that article fails to mention is that Kentucky’s “lack of success” during the Smith era didn’t seem to be that abnormal when looking at their record over the years. Of course, I’d be thrilled with an N.I.T. home game this season, so what do I know?
